Laughter is the best medicine. Intentional laughter, coupled with deep breathing of yoga, is an excellent exercise that has multiple health benefits.
Our bodies get the same benefit from intentional laughter as from actual laughter. Laughter yoga energizes all parts of our bodies, infuses our blood and brain cells with fresh oxygen, and it's a lot of fun.
